10.1. We may collect and use information from you if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), and in this section of our Privacy Policy, we explain exactly how and why this information is collected, and how we protect it from replication or misuse.

10.2. The GDPR is an EU-wide data privacy and protection law that governs how companies safeguard the data of EU residents and enhances the control EU residents have over their personal data.

10.3. The GDPR is relevant to any company operating globally, not just EU-based companies and residents. Customer data matters regardless of location, which is why we have adopted GDPR controls as the global standard for all our operations.

At Iconekta, we firmly believe that your data privacy is extremely important, and we have strong security and privacy practices in place that go beyond the requirements of this new regulation.
